My Story

As a chef and author, I am constantly on the hunt for authentic and interesting food experiences, this informs how I travel and the places I like to visit. I am a global citizen and like to explore new horizons, take on challenges and revisit favourite destinations on a regular basis - I am fortunate enough to be able to do that through my work. Being a big fan of experiential travel, its immensely satisfying to share these adventures with like minded people, life’s too short to waste on the ordinary and mundane. Going out on a limb is a favourite pastime, don’t die wondering is my motto in life.
