India is a land of riotous colour, profound spirituality, glorious heritage, diverse landscapes, tantalising cuisine and fabulous shopping, and our Jewels of Rajasthan itinerary showcases it all! Escorted by Secret Women’s Series’ founder Sarah Hoyland, you’ll journey through India’s most captivating landscapes and cities on this mesmerising feast for the senses!

Our 11 day itinerary begins with an overnight in the capital of Delhi before heading to Varanasi, the country’s spiritual capital, where you’ll witness pilgrims washing away their sins in the sacred Ganges and the confronting yet fascinating ritual of the cremation ghats. A dawn boat ride on the Ganges is an enlightening experience offering a sense of stillness following the intense sights, smells and sounds of the many markets, bazaars, narrow food streets and temples.

Travelling to Agra, the Taj Mahal will enthral at sunrise & sunset as the shimmering white marble from which it is built seems to change colour with the passing of pink sunlight and pale moonlight, then Jaipur will enchant us with its splendid palaces, breathtaking forts and eclectic bazaars.  Rounding off our journey in the highly photogenic ‘blue city’ of Jodhpur, we will shop for textiles and trinkets and relax in the luxury of the stunning RAAS hotel with views of Mehrangarh Fort.

This is diverse and colourful itinerary showcasing the very best of India's rich culture, raj heritage and modern luxury. As a one-off itinerary with limited space this journey will fill quickly.
