Flamenco Jamon & 'Jorses'
Spain's Andalucia | Riding & Culinary Journey | with Andrew Williams
- the Jamon and 'Jorse' aficionado
Those who enjoy food, horses and travelling in a small group with passionate like minded people will discover the essence of southern Spain on Flamenco
Jamon & 'Jorses' with Andrew Williams.
Apart from enjoying the world's culinary delights, Andrew Williams is one of Australia’s highest rated professional polo players. Rated 5 goals, Andrew
has played in 16 different countries and has represented Australia on numerous occasions.
Andrew also breeds and trains polo ponies and has produced black pigs in his other life. The delicious pork produce found it's way into niche restaurants in and around Sydney which, as a connoisseur of fine food, was right up Andrew's alley. Andrew has a dangerous addiction for good food and his daily struggle is maintaining a lean body required for professional polo playing yet also fulfilling his passion for fine small goods and red wine.
This culinary and equestrian adventure is his dream come true - to escort a tour through Southern Spain riding horses and sampling the fine food, wine, sherry and experiencing the rich Spanish culture!
