Sirikoi is a spectacular lodge situated on private land surrounded by the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy on the northern slopes of Mount Kenya. Founded in 1995, the not-for-profit Lewa Wildlife Conservancy spans 62,000 acres and serves as a catalyst for conservation across northern Kenya. Lewa is home to 12% of Kenya's black rhino population and the largest single population of Grevy zebras in the world.
Sirikoi Lodge is set in a shady acacia grove overlooking a natural waterhole and accommodates guests in four extravagant tented rooms that are raised off the ground on wooden platforms.Each of the tents has a fireplace within the bedroom area, an ensuite bathroom, private veranda overlooking the waterhole and a sitting area at the front of the tent providing the perfect spot to curl up and read a book in the afternoon, whilst watching the wildlife moving around the lawn.
At Sirikoi enjoy world class, abundant game viewing. Wildlife includes elephant, reticulated giraffe, Grevy & Burchell’s zebra and a variety of antelope including gerenuk, greater kudu and oryx. One of the main attractions is the opportunity to see both black and white rhino.
