Bariloche Lakeside Luxury
Surrounded by the Cerro Lopez and Tronador mountain peaks and the Moreno and Nahuel Huapi lakes, lies the Llao Llao Hotel & Resort. Built with cypress logs and larch tile roofing in the Canadian home style, it was opened to the public in 1938. Since then, members of the aristocracy, officials, diplomats and famous guests have stayed at the hotel.
Many of the rooms overlook the Moreno and Nahuel Huapi lakes and the Cerro Lopez mountain peak and rooms are inspired by the warmth of the scenery, creating cosy and luminous spaces. The hotel has a 15-hectare park, including the 18-hole golf course, marina, beach, solarium, heated indoor and outdoor vanishing edge swimming-pools, spa and health club with sauna, fitness centre and other leisure activities. Llao Llao has five restaurants in which guests can enjoy a wide variety of dishes, from international cuisine to top level traditional food, such as the popular "Llao Llao Tea" which is served overlooking the spectacular view of the gardens and the breathtaking Nahuel Huapi Lake.
The park offers trekkers and sightseers many areas of natural beauty, including an extinct volcano called Tronador, alpine meadows and amazing fauna. The sprawling glacial lake, Lake Nahuel Huapi, stretches over 100km to the border with Chile.
Llao Llao creates a unique blend of high standards, elegance and Patagonian beauty.
