In the remotest areas of Argentina, ranging from private ranches in Buenos Aires to the heart of the Patagonian Andes, experience an exclusive ride coupled with authentic accommodation and colonial farm leisure. The scenery is nothing short of spectacular, and if mountain trekking on horseback through Patagonia is not enough to sizzle your senses, there is always polo, rafting, shooting, fishing, swimming in turquoise waters and plenty of tango dancing.

Your Argentinean adventure will be guided by Jakob von Plessen, of Jakotango & his crew of guides and gauchos.   Brought up in Argentina, Jakob spent most of his days between horses and cattle, learning the language of the horse and the beauty of nature by wonderful Argentine gaucho families. Through horse safaris in Kenya and mountain rides in Argentina, Jakob has led and guided some of the most fantastic rides in the wildest and unspoiled areas of our world.

Your journey through the Argentine wilderness commences at Estancia Tres Lagos, a privately owned Estancia of 12000 hectares bordering the Nahuel Huapi and Lanin National Park in an area known as The Lake District. Here you will witness all aspects of life on the property from cattle farming to red stag hunting and stay in boutique log cabins which a cosy and picture perfect refuge.

An Argentine adventure through the mountains accompanied by gauchos is something truly spectacular and every guest will feel privileged to be able to share this magnificent and highly exclusive property with Jakob.
