Moving to Buenos Aires you’ll begin to appreciate the elegant poise of fine dining in a cosmopolitan city harmoniously blended with the richness of life on a rural estancia. A day spent in Tigre slows the pace as you take to the gentle canals by boat and dine on the private island of El Descanso. Rounding your journey off you’ll leave the tourist spots behind for the winding alleys and hidden hotspots of Lima, discovering the colourful produce markets and many local hang outs, each bursting with flavour.
