Heritage Palace Hotel
Nestled in the Aravalli Hills of the Udaipur area, RAAS Devigarh holds a commanding position over one of the three main passes into its valley. The palace was completed in the year 1760 A.D under the reign of Rajrana Sajja Singh II but has been artfully transformed into a leading design hotel. Today Devigarh is a testament to the beauty and charm of old-world Rajputana, showcasing an array of decorative styles and landscaped gardens. The modern, minimalist design of its interior perfectly complements the ancient and ornate architecture of its exterior.
The 39 suites here all meld beauty and luxury seamlessly and each are individually designed to offer something unique - the Garden Suite overlooks the palace garden to capture the serenity and majesty of the natural world; the Palace Suite boasts marble interiors adorned by combinations of semi-precious stones and the Devigarh Suite is decorated in captivating gold, extending onto a private sun deck with jacuzzi. With spacious gardens and courtyards within the complex and amazing views of the region’s hill range, visitors will discover a sense of stillness, where the past and present merge and time appears to stand still.
Several experiences can be curated for you during your stay to widen your appreciation of rural Rajasthan. These include a guided journey to Delwara village, a visit to the sacred Eklingji and Nagda Temples, a hike to the summit of Sajjan Garh and the Monsoon Palace and a unique insight into the religious rituals of the Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara.
Offering a quiet oasis away from India’s infectious energy, RAAS Devigarh gives you time to sit, relax and unhurriedly soak up the tranquil landscape of Rajasthan, away from the bustle of everyday life.
