River exploration - Ecuadorian Amazon

Anakonda Amazon Cruises

The Anakonda is the only luxury ship in the Ecuadorian Amazon Rainforest.  It was built to make the experience of the Amazon the most comprehensive and unique adventure possible!  Choose from 3, 4 and 7 night sailings.

Its eighteen air-conditioned, ensuite suites feature ample sitting areas, large, comfortable beds, panoramic windows and private balconies.  When passengers are not out on jungle explorations they can enjoy the comforts of the common reading room, enjoy a drink in the alfresco lounge, take a dip in the outdoor Jacuzzi or take in the beautiful scenery from the observation deck.  Dine on refreshing and irresistible tropical cuisine, from adventurous Ecuadorian dishes as you share tales of your adventures with fellow guests.

The Ecuadorian portion of the Amazon Basin is rich and exciting. The Yasuní National Park, a small territory with unmatched biodiversity numbers, has more species of trees in a single hectare than in all of Europe.  On guided jungle excursions seek monkeys, Pink River dolphins, Brazilian Tapir, parrots, macaws, and caiman.  Explore the region on jungle treks, paddling adventures in kayaks, motorized canoes and on visits to local communities.

Discover the wilds of the Ecuadorian Amazon rainforest in style with Anakonda River Cruise.

Seasons:
The climate in the Ecuadorian Amazon rainforest never undergoes drastic changes. Temperatures rage from 26 – 25 degrees celsius year-round. Because of the location close to the equator, the sun rises and sets at the same time daily. The cooler dry season is typically June – September and the warmer wet season October – May. Regardless of the season, expect some rain but always an abundance of wildlife.
