My Story

I am an experienced teacher of meditation, a public speaker and author. Having lived, studied and worked across Europe, the United States and Australia my life and career have always spanned the globe but now I'm taking the next step, leading journeys of mindfulness, meditation, yoga and wellbeing to some of our planet's most inspirational destinations.

My career initially began in the IT industry before I discovered meditation and the positive impact it had on my overall well-being. I went back to my studies, completed a PhD and wrote a dissertation on Meditation, had a u-turn in my career and have now been teaching meditation for 17 years. I've written several books  including 'The Gift: Presence to Power' for people who want to slow down, gain clarity and experience more calm in their life, and co-authored  'Sport is Life, Life is Sport' with my husband Paul Roos, which focuses on life balance, meditation, family, travel, leadership, mentoring and coaching. I've worked with elite sports teams including The Demons (Melbourne Football Club) and the Sydney Swans, using the mind to improve performance.

I love to travel for the experiences that it provides and my latest venture with The Classic Safari Company will enable me to pursue this passion whilst simultaneously sharing the profoundly positive impact of meditation with others.
