The luxurious Tambo del Inka Resort is located about 10 minutes outside the town of Urubamba in Peru’s beautiful Sacred Valley and within close proximity of Peru’s fascinating historical sites, indigenous markets and cultural attractions.

All of Tambo del Inka’s 128 rooms and suites are very comfortable and similar in style. The interior décor has a warm earthy feel to it with stone walls, wooden floors and Inca textiles throughout. The lounge and dining areas have large stone fireplaces to relax by at the end of the day. The Hawa Restaurant offers innovative novo Andean cuisine where organic, homegrown ingredients are featured in each and every dish. The Kiri Bar with its sea grass walls has a warm, inviting atmosphere for you to enjoy a cocktail or two.

The Urubamba Valley, otherwise know as the Sacred Valley of the Inca, is a relaxed, beautiful stretch of ancient ruins spread across broad plains and rugged mountain slopes northwest of Cusco. Some of the finest ruins in all of the Americas are found between Pisac to Ollantaytambo and beyond. This fertile valley was once a major centre of agriculture production for the Incas, who grew native crops such as white corn, coca, potatoes, and other fruits and vegetables in expansive fields and along spectacularly terraced mountain slopes.

Tambo del Inka is the perfect base to ease your way into Peru whilst exploring many of the amazing historic sites.
