Kenya is ‘classic Africa’. The destination of the original safari, it is teeming with game, home of the handsome Masai people, plays host to the annual migration of thousands of wildebeest and zebra, boasts beautiful white sandy beaches, is an endless adventurer’s playground and hides little known spots far from the tourist trail just waiting to be explored. Along with the luxury tented camps and private bush homes harking back from the country’s first pioneers, Kenya is a collage of images that have become synonymous with an African safari.

Working alongside the Kenya Tourism Board, The Classic Safari Company has put together a sample itinerary - ‘Classic Luxury in Kenya’ - to showcase just a few of Kenya’s most spectacular highlights. The itinerary demonstrates just a small selection of Kenya’s beautiful accomodation, hugely diverse landscapes, culture, activities and wildlife, and could easily be extended or adapted to include first hand involvement with conservation, travel further north to the little known Samburu Reserve, visit the white sand and glittering waters of the Indian Ocean and more experiences beyond...!
